Food quality is inconsistent. This store is known for "bait & switch". Order at speaker & told one price then pay w card at window. Told to pull ahead when there isn't another car in sight. Pull forward. Still no other cars. Food delivered in bag with receipt. Later on highway discover you were charged for stuff you did not order. Clever way to boost sales.

This isn't my 1st review of this "restaurant" but it's sure to be my last. Once again I am sitting in the parking lot waiting for food, only this time I and my husband aren't alone. We are with four other cars that are also waiting for their food. One patron who was waiting long before we got here, went in got a refund and left. The last time we came here. We had ordered a salad amongst out regular food order, and they never gave it to us. This has been a six year endeavor to see if the quality of professional service will ever upgrade. If food will ever be ready when its ordered, and if we can successfully order food without being wholly ignored or given an attitude when asking for things like a receipt. The answer is unequivocally, to all of the questions NO.

So, that Orange Cream shake, y’all.... Whoooooo! Stop reading this review. I’m serious! Stop right now. Put your device in your pocket. Grab your keys (don’t say anything to anyone). Get in your vehicle and get to the nearest Arby’s.....STAT! No need for pleasantries because they know what they’re working with. Order this guy and try not to drink the whole thing before you get home. Also the loaded curly fries are the biz.
