Subway

Hand-scribbled sign on the bathroom door says “Closed for COVID”, yet every other restaurant in the plaza has their restrooms open. I thought if you serve dine-in food, you’re required to have a restroom? Seems they just don’t want to deal w it. I was with 3 kids that needed a restroom. Got some attitude from the lady behind the counter about it. I’ll go to Taco Bell next time.

It was 8 pm and they close at 930 and they left the door open so i came in and there was like 5 employees just chillin and sitting and using their phones. And like 3 of them weren't even wearing masks. Also all the food was like out and ready to serve. When I went in one of the employees said in a very rude tone go away we are closed. But then when I get into my car they serve this other person

Terrible customer service. After we walked in, we waited almost 20 minutes to order our sandwiches. They had one employee working the drive thru and the other was making sandwiches. They took forever to fill one order. My friend ordered a sandwich on white bread, and I guess because I was standing next to her, the employee assumed I also wanted white bread, even though I hadn't even ordered a sandwich yet. She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said no. Then I asked for bacon to be added. She asked if I wanted the bacon heated, and I said yes, then she asked again if I wanted my sandwich toasted.
