Domino's Pizza

This is the go-to for pizza and movie night in my house. Domino's has upped their game so much that I forget other national chains exist. I have the app and am a rewards member, and the value is awesome for such consistent good quality. Have never had a bad experience with this location in either interaction with staff or products produced. They are fast, friendly, and professional, and always have been in the 4 years since we moved to the area. Both carryout and delivery orders have resulted in hot, fresh tasting pizza, wings, and my kids' favorite: the lava cakes. Keep doing what you're doing 4th and Grand Domino's! My daughters and I love you!

We ordered 4 large pizzas at 11:17 am. 30 minutes later online app said delivered, yet the pizza wasn't here. We called the store and they said they couldn't find the address, without a call or anything. The manager then said they would be giving us a 20$ credit and he would personally deliver it. 1:00pm and we still haven't gotten our pizza. Still no calls or notice that they can't deliver. Strongly do not recommend this store.

Ordered pepperoni, ham, double cheese & it shows up missing the ham, definitely regular cheese, hardly any sauce, & dried out as if it had been sitting under a warmer getting crusty. It got here super fast so I’m wondering if they did give me a pizza that had been sitting on top of the oven, rather than make what I ordered. This is not my first time ordering from this location but it’ll definitely be my last.

This location at 401 Grand is AMAZING!! Christina and Ozzy definitely deserve raises after being the only employees on staff during lunch rush on several occasions. Christina is awesome about my food limits (gotta be careful with that garlic oil and tomato sauce) and no matter what we've always gotten or order hot, fresh and delicious. Back in December (the 26th) Christina and Ozzy were the only ones working and wait times were at the 2½-3 hour mark but I didn't mind. It was well worth it! Christina assured me she's making orders as they go out so it doesn't sit around getting gross and when the order showed up it was probably one of the best pizza meals we've ever gotten anywhere!!! I cannot recommend this store enough. Maybe they could give the store on Douglas in Urbandale some tips on how to improve!!!

Called and ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel. The Dominos is only a few blocks away. I gave them all the information and they said 20-30 mins. An hour went by and no pizza. I called and they said the order had been cancelled but it doesn't say a reason??? So apparently they just didn't feel like making our order and didn't feel like they needed to let us know.

Stay away unless you like cooked bugs in your pizza. And the "GM" with blue hair so unprofessional, I can't even believe she is allowed to be considered a manager, let alone work in customer service. Can't wait to ask for video footage of my altercation with her 2mw when I ask again for my refund that I couldn't get today bc their computers where down, but she was making pizzas with no gloves on or a hair net for orders that were coming through the computer. Can't wait to post the update!!! STAY AWAY!!! I also have pictures if anyone wants to see my pizza!!!!! :)
