Burger King

We stopped in to the location to use the play area for our little one because it was hot, and we couldn't play outside that day. And the moment I walked in I could smell that all so familiar smell of their signature Whopper. The food was better than I remembered, and the service was fast and friendly. The only reason it gets four stars is because it could use a little better of a cleaning, but with the amount of traffic they get in here, I understand why the place isn't spotless. Will definitely be back to this location.

This was a horrible "fast" food experience. It was by no means fast. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to receive no utensils for the biscuits and gravy only one order of hash browns (we should have had four), incorrect drinks( we had ordered only orange juice), and missing 3 sandwiches. I spent over $30 and the cashier was snotty and completely unapologetic. She told me to sign my receipt and handed me a dead pen. I sent it back and told her it was dead and she rudely handed me a counterfeit checking pen....I dug in my purse and luckily had a working pen. I haven't had Burger King in so long but talked my kids into going there because the breakfast was awesome.....we will not be returning to Burger King any time soon. I recommend new employees or new management at that location. There were four other vehicles of people that had to return inside for incorrect orders. One woman stormed out angrily because they ignored her and she was trying to place an order inside the location. Some upper management should really consider closing this location until something can be figured out.

I love Burger King, but the owner(s) are not giving the tools to staff that would make this restaurant successful. Food is good, but 1)ketchup machine are out of order, 2) soft drink machines spit water and syrup, 3) the ice cream machine is broken, the (very nice) play area is dirty, 4) with only about 5 customers in the building and drive-in traffic, it took 15 minutes before our order was taken. Sad. The manager on duty, a pleasant man, is overwhelmed, with two other workers and one newby in training.

Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes. Finally walked in. They said the drive through was out of order but no one put up a sign. That should have been my clue to leave. I went inside to order and told them I and two other cars had been waiting in the drive through. They said they knew it. The headset wouldn't work for some reason. I then ordered 2 fish sandwiches, a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo, chicken fries and a medium fry. Didn't seem that difficult. After standing at the counter for 40 minutes and listening to how the orders weren't showing up on the displays in the kitchen, I finally got the order. Sandwiches were sloppily wrapped, and there was mayo on the grilled chicken. When I got it home, the grilled chicken want hot through anyway, so I threw it away. I will never return to that Burger King, and probably not to any Burger King. The did was soggy and putrid. They need to shut that place down!

That was the worst BK I ever had. I had the original chicken sandwich. My. Bun was hard as a rock in places and the fries tasted funny. We told them and he offered to replace the food with more nasty food. No thank you. $18.38 down the drain. DO NOT GO TO THIS BK. We were not the only ones complaining. Zero stars

I'm giving this store one star because that's the lowest rating possible. This store is famous for getting your order wrong, especially on drive through. The workers look like they're stoned most of the time. The dinning room is always dirty. I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. All the people in the neighborhood know not to go to this store. Instead we go to the next closest store a few miles away. I don't know how they stay in business they are never crowded.

Went to my local Burger King to order Breakfast. After waiting nearly 20 minutes I went to counter to see where my food was. There I waited and was not held waiting again. They did not have my order ready. When I did recieve my order it was wrong item. Was not happy. Most of the time I recieve great service and fresh food. Just wanted you to be aware of my bad experience at this Burger King.
