Coffee is meh, service is always awful, but the muffins and donuts are good. If only they can give you the right ones. I mean, you're getting$17/hour. I want $17/hour of quality service. People at other places make less money and screw up A WHOLE LOT less. Be grateful it's a 3-star review.

All customers were commenting on how unhappy the employees were. Heard a few "f" words from one of the employees along with complaints on what people were ordering through the drive thru. Food was fresh, just a little unpleasant atmosphere. The workforce is in a tough place right now, but if you work where your customers can hear you at least be respectful of others.

Worst ever! Ordered a small caramel ice cap on my way home and got a cup with what looked and tasted like chocolate milk. Not iced or frozen at all and around 2 hours later I ended up with stomach cramps that were awful. Ended up throwing out at least 1/2 of it and I’m so glad they are not in my state! Don’t think they’d last very long if they were!

Today service was a little slower was supposed to get a donut for .50 but the clerk did not know how to check me out properly. I also was surprised how dirty the glass at the pick up counter was.

Ordered 2 breakfast biscuits for $5.00, they did not have any biscuits so I chose a croissant instead and they were not able to give it to me for the $5.00 because that was not allowed so I had to have an English Muffin instead. They wanted to charge me an extra $2.50 for the croissant

Terrible. Do yourself a favor and just avoid. Cold coffee, didn’t add the sugar, and they reuse thr coffee bags multiple times. Tasted like dirty toilet water. And the kicker? It wasn’t busy! I was thr only car there.

Whoever was working drive-thru at this Tim Horton's on 1/5/22 at around 2:30pm seriously cannot tell the difference between coffee and tea. They went through 4 beverages with us and not one was right. The young man with glasses also had the audacity to ask us how we can tell the difference between coffee and tea. Seriously dude? Just smell them.

Just bought a small hot chocolate which costs $1.99 & a medium hot chocolate which is $ 2.49. They charged me $7.49. And if that wasn't bad enough, there was no milk whatsoever in the drinks. It was water with a small amount of chocolate. NASTY! I told the cashier that it was not the right price & he said we don't know what the prices are. DO NOT ORDER HOT CHOCOLATE AT THE DERBY, NY TIM HORTONS!
