A request for a bean burrito, add beef, and this is what you get. Not what was requested. They gave me a supreme, and a cold messy one at that. On a lighter note, the staff is super nice.

Great dining experience, food was prepared nicely not just slammed together and thrown in a wrapper. Clean and well taken care of. This location has been a favorite taco bell of mine for a long while, one that I weigh others against.

So we’re here at 8:30 pm. Good thing they have an order kiosk because none of the employees were paying attention to the counter. Or the lobby apparently. We had to wipe our own table. I must really like Taco Bell, anyplace else I would’ve accepted that they didn’t need my business and just left

Four of the nine ordered items were missing from our order when we got home.
Then my girlfriend proceeded with the "I told you so" because I said we didn't need to double check our order before we drove off.

Quesarito wasn't grilled and our boxes came thrown in a bag instead of in the actual box. We had to request the boxes (for our kids to have a "plate" in the car.) Food was thrown together (quesadilla had a ton of tortilla space instead of melted cheese, etc)

If a customer requests that you refrain from frying a flatbread shell when ordering a chalupa, how is that any different than asking you to hold the tomatoes on a taco? A customer would really appreciate a simple accommodation instead of being told no, we can’t do that.

Just wanted to so thanks to the young lady working the the drive thru on Sunday. Looking in the window this place was extremely clean and she did everything possible to make sure all items were handle as little as possible to keep everything safe from germs.

Used their kiosk to place order. I marked dine in and they made our order to go. Had the Mexican Pizza, 90% of it was refried beans.
