Friendly's

First, I would like to say I attempted several times to leave this information on a direct Friendly's site instead of here. However, their set up makes it impossible. It asks for you to be in detail then limits what you're allowed to write. Then it times you out over and over again. We visited the N. Dartmouth location last night. 12/29/2021 Unfriendly is an understatement. From no greeting or help with menus to very unhappy staff. Also for the staff that did have a mask on, it's not suppose to just cover part of your mouth and nose. We stood in the corner looking everything up on our phones. Staff was not helpful in any way from beginning to end, both items we wanted were out so we chose others. ( Not a big deal, it happens ) To then find out when we got home, those 2 were made wrong! 26 min from the time we placed our order for two wrong ice creams is 😞. Staff was rude, short tempered, and for most of our time there we were listening to cursing from behind the counter and kitchen staff. Not really what you bring your family and children to Friendly's for. Please don't waste your time or hard earned money at this establishment until this restaurant and staff gets the training and help they need to become better . Even learning to greet people goes a long way. As we were leaving there was other groups of customers chatting about similar issues. A couple walked out and held the door for us then a family of 8 walked out right behind us not willing to spend a cent. Worst experience ever there. Sadly wishing we were smart and didn't spend our money there either.

Entire meal was cold, I got the honey BBQ supermelt and the chicken was brown and hard batter, waffle fries were hard like reheated twice kind of hard with dollops of cold cheese sauce as "loaded". Establishment smells of musty mildew. Over priced for terrible quality. Ice cream to go may be the only thing good anymore. Sad, Friendly's was the best family spot.

This food was so underdone I was unable to eat my meal. The fact that this was allowed to even leave to restuarant to be delivered makes me never want to order food from this location ever again, and truth be told, I had really loved friendlys. This is the second time I've received inedible food and I'm pretty sure I'm all set with friendlys at this point.

I went for breakfast with my family. We put our order in and my wife ordered blueberry crumble pancakes with extra crumbles. When the food arrived the waitress gave us our food and gave my wife the pancakes with the blueberries, and informed my wife sorry we were out of crumbles. My wife this time places an order for the breakfast bowl. The waitress goes to place the order and then comes back saying sorry we're not serving breakfast anymore. My wife sat and watched us eat while she didn't have her breakfast. This should have been accommodated for us since this was the error of the restaurant.
