Dunkin'

I volunteered to wait for my hot coffee to be brewed and still got attitude because I wanted something at 408 am. She came late to work and tried to tell me they were closed. When she realized I was not taking that as an answer she said I'd be waiting 20 minutes. I continued to wait. I was out of there in an additional 5 minutes. This country is going to hell in a handbasket...the kids work ethic is terrible! I'm embarrassed to be a citizen of the US! We are lazy, entitled, selfish and all kinds of stuff!! Darn, SMH

Today my wife, as a treat, ordered breakfast for her and myself and the kids. We ordered our beyond meat sausage patties because we are vegetarians. When our order arrived, we were still half asleep and just wanted to have our breakfast. My wife took her first bite and ate it and then said the sandwich tasted funny. She took the top off to discover that instead of a beyond meat sausage patties it was a normal pork sausage pattie. She has been severely ill all day. She has been a vegetarian for 40 years, and to suddenly have real meat digesting in your body has had her throwing up. When I went to call to inform them of this their phone just rings and ring and rings and rings, no one picks up at all even after 3 minutes of ringing. Come on, how hard is it to read an order that says Beyond Meat Sausage and just sausage. Not too hard. So now I either have to go to a different Dunks or constantly inspect my food for some mistake that could make my wife, kids, or myself ill because someone doesn't want to go through the effort of getting an order right? Now, my wife has missed a day of work because of severe nausea that has taken up her day.

I love dunkin, but I am totally appalled by what just happened to me here at this location. There were 2 ladies working and they both totally ignored me I stood there for over 5 minutes I kept asking if I could order a coffee and they just ignored me. One totally walked right by me and acted like I wasn't there. There is no drive thru and I could see them clearly.This was so rude and honestly I don't know why they would treat good paying customers that way. I will definitely not return to this location ever again.

Almost every morning I come here and even though it says it's open it's not. It's Saturday morning and it's 523 a.m. My husband stood at the counter waiting to be waited on and not even an acknowledgement of his presence. He went over to the side to get her attention and she said not till 530. They are missing business because alot of people I witnessed be upset because this this never opens on time.
