The worst 7 eleven you can go to. My bottled sprite and coke were warm, the bathrooms are a nightmare so disgusting, the fountain soda machine is nasty looks like it hasn't been cleaned. Corporate needs to come and fix this asap. 😤

Theres guys outside selling weed all the time. Also this is the 3rd time i get an expired product without noticing until its too late. People dont usually have to check expiration dates on products since usually you just grab it and go. This morning i grabbed these chips and didnt notice its been expired for MONTHS, i dont mind a day or two but months?? Really? Also this juice i grabbed expires tomorrow. The staff are very polite and friendly no doubt there but just expired products come on?

No hot food at 10pm. They close at 11 and open after 530am....nachos were garbage and was a waste of my rewards points. After I deplete my remaining points, I wont be stepping into another store unless its an emergency

If I can choose no stars I would. The customer service isn't bad but I found a roach in my freshly made cup of ice, right at the top of the ice right before filling my big gulp with the drink. I reported it and nothing was done about it but a phone call and follow up. THEY ARE NOT SANITARY. I've seen bread, candy, and chips on the shelf with expired dates. Half of it is stale. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS! Look at these reviews and take into consideration that they need to be closed to fix the issues and opened back up, hopefully with fresh inventory.

The staff is very bad about their treatment of customers. I understand it's not the greatest neighborhood, but that's no excuse for treating every single person with a complaint about something as a criminal. That's the level of customer service at this location. I try to avoid having any dealings with this particular location to avoid such undeserved treatment from the staff.

I was a daily customer (because it was close to where I lived) until they very rudely booted me, without explanation as to why, when I went in one day; they were threatening to call the police. Coffee tends not to be made here, the food is over-priced dreck, and they are apparently allowed to treat regular customers in such a manner, as a complaint I left by phone to 7-11 corporate headquarters received no follow-up (and so apparently I am banned for no given reason). The Family Dollar across the street has very friendly staff and much better prices and selection; there is a donut shop next to it that serves coffee. I am sure they will both appreciate your business.

One things for sure if you want weed go here. The guys ask you if you need it before you can even park. The staff are cool but unusually slow like they want you to be late or get shot. I personally dont like being harassed to buy weed but hey w/e floats your boat.
