Horrible i waited 35 minutes for my food, i kept asking and giving my ticket number. Then a young guy checked and pointed at a bag on the counter just sitting their when i asked several times, i explained i would not received that and please remake my order, he started slinging the fry racks until one fell on the floor he was extremely upset with me, however manager on duty and cashier was overly nice and tried too escalate the situation. He needs anger management for sure.

Line wasn't wrapped around the building so we stopped our order was correct with the exception of them forgetting a kids meal apple juice. The lady at the pick up window was very friendly, it was a nice change!

Terrible customer service. The teenagers that worked just morning had terrible manners and so disrespectful. They served me a drink that tastes expired. When I went inside the thick girl with the light blue shirt on response was you can come in but we not gone take your order in here. Like this new generation is just so different.

Look 2 stars is a stretch here I wanna give a half a star but, Hot and fresh salty McDonald's fries always keep me coming back.. everything else just looks gross , tastes gross and gives me indigestion for 3 plus days . But , them fries though !!!

I went to this McDonald's at 2oclock in the morning of May the 12th. At first I pull up and there atleast 3 employees which say they were closed due to short staffing issues. Then one guy says they are willing to take my order. So I order and the food is cold and stale because it has been sitting up do long and they try to sell it to me.

This is a terrible place to eat. Do not eat here. The employees are nasty and have a terrible attitude. I got yelled at today by an employee because their ice machine was down and I asked her to make me a drink in the drive thru. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and both managers watched as the other employee got an attitude with me. The food was disgusting and I would like to be contacted by a regoinal manager or corporate

They had me sitting outside for 30 minutes for a ice coffee and frappe! So over them for good! Glad I won’t be coming back here 🤬
