I have lost been a fan of McDonalds, since like 1st grade so on this particular visit I was more than astounded by Angela's incredible/extraordinary/outstanding kindness aptitude and general professionalism she displayed. I can't say enough about how much she means to me, as a customer of course with all due respect. She is an exemplary example of a truly fantastic McDonalds employee!😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

I had a problem with the service when I first started eating at this location Downtown West End but the Area Manager sent me a letter of apology and two free meal tickets. I took a friend with me to redeem them. I have had excellent service since that time. In want to commend the young lady Britteny for her outstanding customer service skills. She always wear a smile and follow through with every order she takes. She is pleasant, professional, and I believe she should be a candidate for management. She is consistent, clean, and shows her leadership abilities by being the best example of someone who loves what she does.

Burger has been always my favorite. I never thought that ending up in this burger place would give me so much delight. There are a lot of choices to choose from on how you want your burger to be done. What makes it an ideal place to gratify yourself is the friendly and attentive staff that will assist your order. They add up to the pleasant ambiance of the whole place.

Lately I've been visiting this McDonalds with one of my friends for coffee and breakfast in the morning. Their coffee is so good that it is addictive! We both agree that McDonalds has THE BEST regular coffee ever! It's always piping hot so even if I get a large coffee it's hot until I take the last sip. The people that work here are so sweet, very professional and helpful. They are also quite funny at times so you can tell they are good people that enjoy their jobs. Their food is also always hot and tasty. They have security in the store and Dart Police are everywhere outside as are the Dallas Police so don't be afraid to go in to this McDonslds just because it's at West End.

The order was given to us exactly as we asked except auds wanted plain tea and was given sweet. She really needed water anyway. Ha ha. My only complaint is that it took quit a while. Even our order took longer than expected. The restaurant seemed clean. It is in an awkward spot, right by the highway which could be good depending on the direction you are heading.
