Domino's Pizza

I placed my order online and paid for my items prior to my arrival to the establishment, however once I pulled up to the area where the signage was located; I sat in my car and watched the staff walk around inside the store and ignore me! The restaurant next door sent a staff member out to service me and I informed them that I was waiting for Domino's. I eventually got out of my car and walked to the door and asked if anyone was planning to deliver my order to my car. There were no customers inside! Poor service on a slow Thursday!

Live just down the road from this location. I received a free Medium pizza offer for ordering a certain amount of pizza as we do quite frequently with 2 kids. The offer had just expired and we did not get to use it because we were out of town. I called in and spoke to Manager Hana and explained the situation and asked if she could help me out and accept the free Medium pizza offer and we were going to add a few items to the order as well. Hana told me there is nothing she can do to help me. I explained the frequency which we order pizza from them and she seemed to not care. With 5+ pizza places close by we will be cutting ties with Dominos...just not the customer service I would hope for.
