Taco Bell

Ordered four burritos, large drink, and two nacho fries. I got my food and the guy at the window assured me everything was in the bag. I got home, on 1488 mind you, and neither order of fries was in the bag. I got the nacho cheese though. Tried to call to tell them 5 times, they won't answer the phone. Definitely check the bag before you drive away. Even if they tell you it's all there.

Great service and correct order on the first try, however, I am leaving this place 3 stars because the portions were exponentially smaller. This may be due to inflation (seems to be common amongst many restaurants). I ordered the same item, for the same price, 6 months ago (at a different Taco Bell) and received a way larger container than this time. My mom’s nachos were also small. Both were literally half the size of what they used to be without a pay decrease.

I ask for fresh nacho fries clearly, once I got my food I ask again are the fries fresh? He said yes ma’am Once I pulled out the drive-through Three lights up I gave The fries to my children.They said they were soggy couldn’t take a picture because they were so hungry. That clearly means the fries weren’t fresh at all.

TL;DR - Would highly recommend avoiding this location. This location incorrectly made 2 out 2 individual items, missed entire items in 2 out of 2 combos, and did not have plasticware or boxes for box combos. First time ordering from this location, which was done through the taco bell app and picked up via drive through When I arrived to pick up my order through the drive through, I was asked to verify my identity after giving my name by reading off the contents of my order, which on its own is no big deal and by itself might have been nice knowing staff were trying to ensure my order got to me and no one else. This was not the case. Upon pulling up to the window, I was again asked to verify my identity this time by repeating my full name. Wait time was on the longer side, but definitely acceptable especially if my order had gotten to me correctly, which it did not. Two of the items I ordered had add-ons that did not actually make it into the food items. Additionally, out of two box combos ordered, both were missing items, one a crunchy taco and the other a chalupa (what taco bell considers the "main dish" of the box). No plasticware was provided for the potato side dish as well. To add insult to injury, the app would not function after I discovered the state of my order, which might not have done anything for me anyway as I still have not received a receipt from this purchase.
