Starbucks

I have frequented this location for over 4 years. I’ve always dealt with very friendly employees, but something has drastically changed. I highly recommend Starbucks regional get involved and rectify this immediately. It won’t be long before this location begins losing revenues. Unfortunately, I know I will be finding another location which stinks because this one is on my way.

Quiet and Tucked away, this Starbucks kind of got tossed by the wayside when the new toll fly over from the 45 to the 242 was built. It is literally in the middle of everything but yet in the middle of no-where. You have to know it is there, to go there...odd but a true statement. It is on the opposite side of the parking lot from Lowes . It shares a building with Tide cleaners so I guess you could multi-task if you timed it right. There aren't as many outside tables as some other locations but it's a bit noisy anyway. When you enter it is a different setup. There is a large bar height table with tall chairs you can probably sit ten people at. Then there are at least 5 tables for 2. This store is rather long and narrow by Starbuck standards but the offerings are just as reliable. They have a drive Thru. I don't know what it is about Starbucks but they have a hard time keeping up on cleaning off tables and the condiment area and taking out the garbage. This location is no different. I went in the other day, stood at the till while a girl cleaned the counters right across from me....it wasn't until someone else came in did she notice me....she did apologize. I absolutely hate the fact that Starbucks has unisex bathrooms. I will never back down from this. PC does not keep the p off the seat or the seat down (where it naturally should reside...). A good quiet location that isn't overly busy in the evenings. I haven't been during the day so it could be different.

Anyone know how to give 0 Stars. Went here to simply get a cup of coffee. As I go to open the door, someone from inside yanked it out of my reach, only to open it a crack and mumble something through her mask. When asked her to repeat herself, I was told, curtly, "where closed, you can use the drive thru" (which was wrapped around the building). Then the door was literally slammed in my face, and locked. I do not know what this person thinks is an acceptable an acceptable level if customer service, but she was way off the mark. If this is how this establishment allows its customers to be treated, maybe its time to think about getting coffee elsewhere.

I used to love this place. I would go daily for my fix. Recently they stopped carrying sweet n low and only carry splenda. In my opinion splenda dissolves better and tastes sweeter. Anyways, coffee is always great and fast. A few times I've tried to order using the app and been told that this location isn't allowing that at the time. Not really an inconvenience but it does slow down the process.
