Ordered just a large Root Beer Freeze at the drive thru. They asked us to stop before the window. We then saw the cashier go outside to the car ahead who was getting ready to turn onto the street and get a cup BACK from them. It was our Root Beer Freeze. My husband didn't want to say anything and cause a problem but what the hell? That's gross. How much could that possibly cost the restaurant in ingredients to just remake? I will never go to this location again.

Last time I ordered 2 Breast and a wing
When I got home I had two wings and a Breast.
Today I go again and order the kfc 3 piece box (2 Breast and a wing) I even showed the girl at drive thru a picture of my last order. And asked if this is correct ? She said yes …I get home and I have 2 thighs and a leg…..are you kidding me ….. this is not good. Maybe the drive thru speaker didn’t translate the order correctly. .however because of distance I ate the food which is always hot and fresh. But we have got to work on our skills in the fast food world.

This location has very bad customer service. Rude with attitude. The drive-through doesn't give a receipt so you don't know what they charged to your card. They hold you back behind the drive-through window for some odd reason so you can't see what they do your order. All the windows are blocked, making the store look messy and unnecessarily hidden. Better customer service at other locations, no need to waste your time here.

The place I is nice,, clean,, fine staff, but fried and greasy food gets old quick. Besides, not the first time in a KFC, the (aftert)aste of mashed potatoes is not that pleasant. I wish they had the option for grilled chicken- would have been healthier and less greasy.

Usually great. Love having the burger and chicken options all at one place. This time, though, their card payment system was down. Must've been corporate level, because their website was all but dead; I couldn't even get on to place an order for pickup it was so slow.

The food quality is par. One thing notice that this shop doesn't want to sell you the coupon food. I had twice used my paper coupon, but I was told the staff that the shop don't have enough meal to cover your coupon food and request to give you something else.
