Dunkin'

Seemed to be understaffed as the woman waiting on us was taking orders through a headset and us, confusing both patrons by talking to them at the same time. She also did not give us what we ordered. It wasn't that busy that she couldn't have concentrated on one at a time to get it right. Donuts were stale which was a big disappointment.

I work down the road from this location and come there at least one a week. I want to say that I am impressed with how they have been running since all of the craziness of Covid etc. At one point they had to shut the doors and only do drive through because they were short staffed, and I can't believe how the public acted! Around that same time they had all new hires with one worker able to train them and they were starting from scratch, but they still did a great job. The women training would always explained how everyone there was new and to please be patient. They are doing a great job, stay polite and keep it up dunkin' !

food and coffee is fine but they literally probably owe me $200 in all the food they’ve “forgotten” / got wrong. when you pay online and they’re out of something they literally just don’t tell you and don’t give you a chance to get anything else in its place. very annoying, i’ve worked fast food and it is not that hard.
