Sonic Drive-in

Zero stars? Placed a Mobile order 1 hour and 10 min prior to the Sonic Website stated closing time. Arrived 8 min later. Checked into stall. My card was charged. After a few minutes, an employee came out and said they were closed and I should get a refund in 3 to 5 business days!. No I'm sorry or anything ! There were multiple employees inside. At least 6 cars sent away while I waited.

Sometimes it's right. Sometimes it's wrong. Princess does not like her job. So, hopefully she's not the one giving you the wrong order. Update: changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star. After seeing the reply on my last review, i thought, well at least they're trying to fix things. We decided to stop by on the way to school. Got there at 7:30. Our order finally got taken at 7:46. We got our food at 8:06...4 minutes before the bell rings for school. I probably should have known better than to stop by when we had some place to be. Our milk shake was melted when we got it. The tots were cold. Our burritos were luke warm. One of the burritos had half a tomato in it, the other didnt have any tomatos but had several bits of lettuce in it. Lettuce is not an ingredient in the breakfast burrito we ordered🙈. However, no one gave us an attitude for simply giving them business so I guess thats good... I think its a shame that this sonic is one of the only choices we have on this side of town.
