Mr. Hero

I have grown up in Cleveland my whole life. I haven't seen a Mr Hero this clean and well takin care of in a long time. Let admit they went down hill there in the 90s 00s. But they are making a come back. This one store on state and snow. Tucked away.. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE. The staff says it all here. You walk in and you are greeted my a warm welcome and taken care of with the up most respect. The service is first hand with customer in mind. This Mr Hero is the BEST I HAVE BEEN TO IN A VERY LONG TIME. I eat at different ones around different areas. I order here a lot, even though door dash and the Roman burger with extra oil is always hot and fresh and Amazing. No other Mr Hero around can compare to the food and QUALITY YOU ARE DOING. I have eaten at a lot of them.. But you my friend are my Favorite one. I will wait till I get near your store to order food. Fresh and hot. So yummy. I will continue talking about your store. You deserve 1st place. The main Headquarters should know. Till then my friends. Roman burger with no tomatoes with extra oil. Thank you.

This place is always super clean, food comes out fast considering they cook it by order and the staff are always friendly. I think this place would be much busier if the Mr Hero sign was closer to the street. I had already lived in the area for 6 months before I even noticed there was a Mr Heros up the street

The best Mr. Hero ever visited! Not greasy, very flavorful, friendly customer service, convenient location. This time I ordered online for pickup. It was completed, ready to go at the exact pickup time given and was 100% correct, no mistakes. Even had more than one napkin n the bag! Literally the best tasting Mr. Hero ever eaten!

I come here a lot and the place is always super clean, you get your food fast especially when considering that they cook the food to order including the meat. (you seriously dont want to know how long mcdonalds and other competitors leave your burger/meat under a heat lamp) The staff is always friendly too.
