The woman who was working the second window, the food pick up window, seems to have a very bad disposition she was angry about the condition of the $20 bill with which I paid for my meal made one clear and audible comment, and made several under her breath. When I asked her about it she got even nastier. If she doesn't like dealing with the public perhaps she should get a job as a garbage man or a lab assistant. I understand some people aren't happy in their dead end jobs, and I empathize with them. I shouldn't be penalized because they thought dropping out after grade 7 was a good idea.

Negative 10 stars would be more appropriate. The health department should shut this joint down. I was there last Sunday. Long line so I went in. Frosty machine was down. Glad I did go in. Took one look at the “kitchen “ and left. I have never seen a fast food place be so filthy. The owner should be ashamed and shut down!!!

Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed and should close for good! I have had issues with location before I really try not to ever go but my child insisted. Today, 4/14, I waited in the drive thru for about 5mins with only 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the speaker, I waited another 30-45seconds before the cashier tells me “this location is closed”….????? At 5:30pm! Then as I pulled out, the store lobby has 6-7 employees sitting down, I assume having a meeting….? Really at dinner time rush! There were also 3 cars behind so 6 cars worth of revenue turned away…..I will never EVER go to this sorry location again. Close the whole franchise!

Don't ask for everything fresh, all they're going to do is re-drop your fries and nuggets Burgers were burnt and we're cold I don't know how you can make that happen but they did. I don't get how your slogan is make everything fresh!! and your food is not fresh you need to get it together!!!They want to get paid $15 but cannot make orders fresh to order I don't see how they should be getting that type of money

Today they decided to only be open for door dash customers. I had already placed an order from the app so they accepted it. I watched an employee take food to a random car (probably a friend) then go to her car then return through the back door while we were waiting. I waited over 30minutes to be greeted at the window to confirm I had the mobile order. I said yes, I was given a bag with 1 sandwich. After I got home, opened the wrapper. This was not my sandwich. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Come on guys/gals! 1 sandwich in my order. Very simple. I wouldn't order door dash folsom here ifbI was you and if I were a driver I wouldn't pick up any orders from here bc this restaurant will cost you your time = money.

I should get my meal the way I'm supposed yo get my meal. If i.wanted a salad with crumbled bacon that's what I would have asked.for. A bacon double stack is supposed to.come with bacon on it. Some of you fast food workers want 15 dollars a hour. Do the work.. make people's order correctly. Idk what happened to this Wendys. I used to love this location and would drive out of my way to come here. Your floors aren't open, but the drive thru is. Hence orders should ve how the customer expects it to be
