Went inside to order. Cashier was unknowledgable of products. Ordered 3 simple burritos, waited over 10 minutes for nothing. Demanded a refund, with no apology from employees. Left, might never go back. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in over 28 states, not to mention I was a manager for 15+ years. I'd give them no stars if I could.

Poor quality control, poor attitudes. I understand that you guys are short staffed, but to throw my bag of food on the counter is not worth my money, also the dasher that was waiting there for 15 minutes got free food and you scolded your employee for giving it away, she was simply pleasing the customer, she was doing her job and you practically told her not to. Will not be coming back

At 11:40 a.m. we swung in to get a quick bite. Ordered a number 1 no tomatoes (food allergy) and when we got up to the grocery store in Lewiston realized there was tomatoes in the tacos. If I had not stopped and checked I would be otw to the ER. Don't have time or fuel to return back so will not be returning any time soon for a quick bite. Be mindful if you order to stop and check for food allergies if you're like me and extremely allergic to certain ingredients. Just a heads up.

We went through the drive through there was two cars in front of us and nobody in side and we sat there for over a half hour just waiting to get our food if your in a hurry and want fast food don’t go here if you want slow food this is the place to go

Always great food. Service is awesome. Jack and the rest of the drive thru crew are amazing. Stephen has done a great job running this store and the Lewiston one for years

efficient and friendly employees.
drive thru was busy, yet the line moved fast, and the guy at the window had a good attitude and great customer service.... but i was missing 2 chalupas in my bag. (order accuracy has been precise every time except this one). ill be a return customer for sure

We flew back to town really late!! Couldn't find food in Lewiston so went to Clarkson before heading up the river. Taco Bell was the only one open. The food was delicious and prepared just to my preference. However they have been out of sugar-free baja blast since before Christmas. I would definitely recommend this establishment!!

They give priority to drive thru. I saw people wait a half hour or more for inside service.
