Mcdonald's

First of all the customer service at this Micky D's is the best I have experienced. I only give 4 stars because... the new Pull Apart donut aka donut holes were awful and that is not this locations fault. They tasted "chemically" for lack of a better description. I thought maybe it was just the first bite but nope the second bite was even worse. Not sure who taste tested this "donut" but yuck!

Since most urban Washington McDonald's have given up to the insanity of leadership in this state and turned their restaurants into defacto crash pads for zombies, I was.plezently surprised to find this restaurant spotlessly clean and the employees happy and helpful. In an atmosphere like this it is much easier to trust that the kitchen and food are also fresh , clean and customers come first. Well done!

Previously I rated at 4 stars. Today I have changed it. It has been a few times of receiving wrong orders. In this case both had no onions and I received one with and one without. I know, I know it's small but to me its an example of the quality of their work. When it keeps happening then it becomes annoying... The second thing that bothers me is the tomatoes on both burgers. Do they not have any of the middle of tomatoes? They are ends... The worst part of a tomatoe. Like they had to pick up every single end and put them on the burger and say "yep that looks good" and ship it out. Maybe management will read these reviews and give some good ol boss talks on being awair.

Didn't receive my 3 double cheeseburgers with my meal so I called and spoke with Ashley who says she personally bagged my order but when I received my order it was still sealed. She said "Too bad, there's nothing we can do about it" how I see it from my end I received a sealed order (which was sealed at McDonald's) which means she never put the food in the bag. Maybe she's smoking too much pot.

Just got denied for no mask. There no mandate anywhere else here. I asked if I could take one off the pile they had on the counter and dude said “no”. So if this is truly a safety/health concern but they can’t spare a 3 cent mask? They had a whole box on the counter? My safety isn’t worth 3 cents? Oh that’s right, it’s policy not safety.

This place is the worst. It's like they purposely hire the rudest most condescending people to work there most of the time the order is wrong and nobody is happy to be working there I'll just continue going to the McDonald's on 21st because at least the people who run that one know what they are doing
