Applebee's

Great portions but when it was served to us, the fish and veggies were a bit cold and the shrimp was overdone. My mom ordered a salad with grilled chicken. She got her salad but not the grilled chicken so when we said something, the manager was nice to go out of his way to come over to us and apologize. Not only that but he made her an entree size to take with us. Definitely will be back!

If I could give a negative star I would. It took our waiter over 10 minutes to even come over and acknowledge us and when he did he forgot to bring over my water. I didn't want to be petty so I must ignored it. I ordered a burger and said I would like it cooked well done but not burnt. If there was a little pink that was fine just not still mooing. Our food came out and the first couple bites didn't seem bad but the lettuce was wilted and the burger... Oh the burger. It was still mooing and just looked like they left it on the grill long enough to cook the outside. The problem is I couldn't tell our waiter because he was no where to be found. I happened to glance back and he was on his phone by the bathrooms. This infuriated me and not only did I have to ask another waiter to get ours because we were ready for the bill but he hadn't come back to ask or bring another refill. Very disappointed in this visit to Applebee's and will not be returning to this location!!

After everything that has been going on with the closing of restaurants, and now they are able to be open I must say they did an excellent job of reopening. All staff have masks on. They were cleaning everywhere. Even the bathroom was made to a limit of one person at a time. All the tables were far enough away from each other. I give them all a high five..

I got the Asian stir fried chicken. It didn't seem stir fried and tasted like Cajun chicken and was very salty. We went on a Saturday about 5:30 and the place was empty, but it took over five minutes as they argued where to seat us. The person who seated us ended up being our waitress, so I asked what was all the fuss about where to seat us if you were waiting on us. She said they have a "procedure" on how they're supposed to seat people. I told her it might be a bit busier if they didn't make it so complicated. The person who I was with got the baked white fish (server didn't know what kind of fish they used), and he said it was cold. It also looked rather gross to me, but he said it tasted good. I will not be back.

Ordered two 8 oz sirloins , a classic burger and asked for all three to be well done , only one 8oz sirloin was well done the other two where medium rare basically rare though. Either the cheese and or the burger it self also had a really awful smell to it . The service was fast but extremely inaccurate . The server was very polite and had great customer service skills, only good part about our experience.

I want to start off by saying that when we actually are given food here, the food is great! It's Applebee's, everybody loves Applebee's food! But the service... oh boy. I don't usually like being this critical about things, but I can't help it here! The last time I went to Applebee's, my father took me. I don't remember what the actual occasion was, but we were seated, and despite being one of the only occupied tables in the entire restaurant, none of the plethora of waitresses seemed even remotely interested in serving to us. My father god upset almost immediately. I'm usually a bit calmer than him in these situations, but even I started getting annoyed once I realized that they were all gawking over some guy in the parking lot. Real classy, ladies! This has happened a few times with us at this particular location. Results may vary! But really, I have been less than impressed the last few times I've gone in. At some point, I'll go in again and see if I still run into the same problem. So two stars! Because the foods good, and the service isn't. PS: I wrote an entire paragraph about this before, but decided to exclude it since it's not going to pertain to most casual visitors. But I went in for a job interview and was forgotten AGAIN. The manager apparently "wasn't told" that I was there, despite the fact that we had agreed on the time to meet together. So that's cool, setting an example for your workers, I see! It really shows, it paid off in the end!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed! The waitress was too focused on chatting with coworkers that 45 min passed and we still didn't receive our appetizers for her to come over and say it was sent to another table. We get our appetizers and the chips were very greasy and stale. It was gross. Then we get our entree and something that was supposed to be healthy was also very greasy. The waitress didnt attend us after she brought us our food. We had to ask for a refill and our check. It was annoying. Hopefully no one else has to go through this inconvenience when dining here.
