Its ok the chicken tenders do not look like what's on the advertisement. Employees were nice. My food was cooked to order that day and it was fresh and hot. Its just that if you're going to be paying for batter dipped strips make them look all big and crispy like advertised on the display. I think i got baby tenderloins. Thank goodness for the coupon I had. No fried were included.but they aren't stingy with the sauce packs.

If I could give them a 'minus' it would be -10 stars!!! Visited Hardee's on 23rd Street in Chattanooga at 11:45 AM today, 9/2/2018 and LEFT IN ANGRY TEARS! because of the incompetence of the CURRENT management! The reason for the tears was because they made me so angry inside the restaurant, that I had restrain myself from screaming and cursing in the presence of two elderly men, and a young father with his 4-yr-old son. Been a regular customer for over 6 years, and experienced the best service, although sometimes slow, until Ms. Geraldine, general manage, left the place. Most of the employees that have been there for awhile know me by name, Ms. Ann. I even know the District Manager well, 'Robert". I've had 3 terrible experiences in the last 5 months but today was the worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere! At Drive-thru, I asked for mix-match for $4 and spent to long convincing the employee on the speaker the deal was $4. Finally told me to drive to window. The shift manager "swaggered" over to the window, really nice and slow, unenthusiastic to perfection! She immediately took over for the young lady that had taken my order at the speaker, and said "Ma'am, we don't have that deal anymore, it's gone, but since you asked, we'll go ahead and give it to you," in a mater-of-fact tone. I told her it was on the sign and I wanted the deal because it's advertised. She said, "no it's not. We had it but it's gone." She walked away and I something to an employee from across burger tray where they stuff bags with food. There was no vehicle behind me and I decided to drive around to make sure I saw the sign correctly. I drove into a parking spot on the opposite side of the drive thru window, got out of my vehicle and took a picture of the sign. A man in a white 'chef's' uniform walked out of the door and walked over to the street sign and looked up. He said, "Yep, you're right!" and went back in the door with me closely behind him. First, I SHOULD NOT WITNESS BEING CHECKED ON TO SEE IF I'M A LIAR! That mess should have been done at all. I'm glad I chose to drive around to take a snapshot and see the actions your slow-swaggering shift manager took. I would not have thought this could happen a second time in 3 years, but at least, the first time, Ms. Geraldine handled it and forwarded a letter to the company about a similar experience with former similar shift manager. Second I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PROVE TO MANAGEMENT WHAT THEIR DEAL SAYS! (TOOK PHOTO OF SIGN). Unfortunately, I and the manager bantered a minute or two about whose fault this was, and she didn’t know the deal was available, and apparently didn’t know it advertised outside her building, etc., etc. She took her gold cell phone out and made a call. I still have not received my order or paid money. Instead, I HAVE TO WAIT. I asked the manager who she was calling and she said her manager. I said, 'The district manager? Good, I'd like to speak to him." This incident made me feel like I had just committed the crime of the century. Perhaps I had, stopping at the 23rd Street Hardee's.

The customer service here was great. The food left plenty to be desired. My double cheeseburger was good although the bun looked like who ever made it sat on it. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't spicy and also looked like it was sat on. The fries and cookie were awesome. I got one of the 5 boxes.

There is a reason that they are packed for breakfast, it is really good. I usually skip the drive thru because it is typically long in the morning. I actually love going to dinner, the traffic is low enough that all of the food is made fresh to order versus sitting under a heat lamp

Because I entered the restaurant very close to five, there was a man ahead of me that ordered a significant amount of food, so when it was my turn to offer it was past five and I can only order $1.25 double cheeseburger sliders between 2-5. I had stopped into that facility several days before and truly enjoyed those sliders; I ordered 5 and ate them all at two sittings at home, delicious. It's a shame because once a retail facility treats me like that, no matter how great an experience...I never go back. And what is even more interesting is that I was that only customer left in the restaurant.

The food is always good here,but the service is super slow! The workers are polite,but they only have one to three workers in the restaurant. Please staff your restaurant with more workers and speed service up. I have gone to this Hardee's for over ten years and the quality of service has really gone down. Please hire more workers and speed it up. It really seems like you've lost a lot of customers due to such slow service. The food is good,but people on a schedule cannot wait so long for their orders. I would give you a higher rating if this was fixed!

This is definitely not one of the cleaner fast food restaurants in town, floors generally slippery because I don't use enough soap to cut the grease in the bathroom mirror is murky looking due to the greasy water they use to clean it. Doesn't anybody that works there see this??? Try Bojangles down the street, it's a whole lot better, its clean and the staff truly cares which is definitely not the case at this Hardee's.
