Went to Burger King expecting to receive a whopper MELT that I have seen advertised all over tv lately. Instead I received very soggy and barely toasted buns on my burger and COLD cheese that does not even look like it was even attempted to be melted. So disappointed.

I have been to this Burger King many, many times. During the last few months the wait times can sometimes be very long, especially at lunch and dinner times, the employees sometime apologize explaining that they are very short staffed. The whoppers and fries always seem tasty to me and are a good value if you have a coupon.

For starters the place was dirty. One customer in the dinning area yet all the tables were dirty. The manager spent the whole time we were in there screaming at employees. Absolutely will never visit this location again. If your headed up the mountain and hungry I'd advise picking some where to eat. Can't even complain enough about the food. 12.00 down the drain to bad you can't give negative stars because it would definitely be negative 5

Ordered online, went through drive thru to get it. Told me they were just waiting on the jalapeño bites and it would be ready. Got back home and gave me chicken nuggest instead of jalapeño bites. We were the only customers there. Only lights on we the ones inside the restaurant, thought they were closed when we pulled up. Not from the area so idk if this is normal for them.

None of the food portions were correct. Half filled fries and all food was cold. No napkins, unnecessarily long wait. Worst location I have ever been to in my life.

1 customer in store. We placed order in drive thru. 1 of the 2 for $4. & 1 of the 2 for $5.00. Please pull up and wait. It's fast food people. No a special order. Should be no waiting.

And it was not a short wait. I'm sitting here over 3 minutes now. 4 minutes and it was cold. Sauage burnt. From 2 to 1☆.
