I had walked over a 8/10 of a mile to their establishment to get some oil for my car when my check oil light came on. I was a single mother with an autistic son in tow. I called ahead and asked they had it and I asked if they could hold it for me till I got there. They did as well as tried to help me but could not have someone leave because of being short-staffed. Just the thought of them offering was very sweet. Great owners and managers if that's who I spoke to thank you so much for your help this is customer service.

On 02/24/20 time around 10:30pm. I stop by to get coffee and pack of cigarettes.. unfortunately customer service rep did not let me use my phone number to reduce price or get my reward point.. when I ask him why you did not let me use... he turn rude.. I have bad experience with him. I hope management team help him to ask the customer whether they have reward point or use their phone number before check out. Also there is another guy with long hair he was nice to me and said sorry for mistake. Thanks
