Panera Bread

This Panera has the absolute best customer service. I go in quite frequently and am always greeted with a smile and great service. It isn’t often that a mistake is made with my order, but when it is, they gladly fix it and they’re great about it. Their food is delicious and my favorite is their Chicken Greek Salad. I appreciate these friendly employees and will continue to frequent their restaurant.

Convenient spot, dependability is at a premium. Ordered soup and sandwich with cookie and tea. Had to make the tea (self-service) no sweet tea at this location also out of chicken & wild rice soup, no notification in the app. Asked for spoon to be included, no spoon. Very inconvenient. I don't particularly like complaining, but this is unnecessarily difficult in an already difficult situation. To all the employees, thank you for your service. App just needs work tbh

After my complaint about nobody being at register and only able to do kiosk order with plastic, Lily reached out to me. She humbly listened to my concerns and agreed there should be some body at the register. This was an issue she's been discussing with her supervisor. She bought my breakfast for me. A wonderful kind gesture. I'd rather see folks faces than the box that doesn't talk back. Keep em working!!

This is based on customer service alone. I wish I remembered the cashier/servers name but unfortunately I don’t. HOWEVER his customer service was top notch. My sandwich wasn’t made the way I asked and he quickly had it remade. It still didn’t taste the way I was used to but his service made up for it. My children didn’t enjoy their normal choices either so I’m not sure if it was just the people working in the kitchen or what but customer service was definitely superb. We didn’t complain because I didn’t want to inconvenience the team and I know everything can’t be perfect all the times. The place was clean as well and I saw employees consistently making sure the dining room was straight and the trash not overflowing.
