We've lived in Charlotte for over 10 years, but this was our first visit to RoCo. The food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I had a 1/4 white meat chicken and it was not dry whatsoever. There's a large list of sides to choose from and their daily specials sound great. We'll definitely be back!

Due to response from company and handling of the situation I have updated my review. My go to is always the rotisserie chicken with the house made yako sauce which you can't get anywhere else. Their cornbread is really good too. Staff (woman) taking orders and providing to-go food was beyond rude even after I tried to smile and tried to lighten the conversation. I requested a refund because of the service and she said I would have to go online to request one. I then asked to speak to the manager who did refund my food there. He said he would find out why she was being so rude but talked to her for all of 10 seconds. I did take the food home, but thinking back I should have just left it and gotten lunch from another restaurant.

I enjoyed my first visit to this restaurant. I ordered the kale salad with pulled chicken. The salad was ok given the price point. There wasn’t much to it. It had kale (which was a bit tough), tomatoes, and peppers and onions. The Italian dressing was a nice touch and made the salad worthwhile. The chicken was tender and had a good flavor. I also ordered a small side of guacamole. You get 3oz for an extra $2.50. Overall, the salad was decent and the portion size wasn’t too bad.
