The remodel looks really good and I love the Christian music playing but you need to train your people better.
My sandwich is a shambles it was not even cut in half. It was barely wrapped properly I had to actually stop at a table on my way out and rewrap my sandwich so it didn't fall out of the three pieces it was wrapped in.
I tipped the kid just to be nice. Everybody has to make some kind of living wage in this poorly expensive State we live in now.
It's really important to make a good looking sandwich because your customers like myself won't come back.

Amazing experience. Positive attitude and service with a smile. I didn't catch any employee names but they deserve a raise. A line out the door did not deter them from focusing on each and every guest with great hospitality. Would give 10 stars if possible

Out of several things I wanted to order. The soft drink dispenser was also broken. The employee behind the counter was fast and pleasant, anyway!

They accepted my online order then canceled and won’t answer their phone. They are always out of meatballs and the people working there don’t care at all about the customers. If I was the owner I would fire everyone that worked there. They have a horrible reputation

I have frequented this location for many years. Today, 9/7/21 at 1:30 or 1:45 pm, I stopped in at this Subway. I decided to write a review about this particular employee (possibly shift manager).
She is older, has worked at this location a couple years at least. She is never friendly, border line bossy ... to coworkers and customers!
Today, she has a bandana around her forehead, however it is not holding her wavy red hair back. Her hair is hanging down around her face ... hair probably falling into the food. Yes, she is assisting making sandwiches and working the register.
This is the second time I have visited where she COUGHS into her HAND! Gross, even without a pandemic!
Restaurants are suffering and need any help they can get, I realize this and feel bad for all!
However this woman needs some instruction on customer service, as well as social graces. Advise this woman to NEVER cough into her hand while making food! Or even handing back change, PLEASE!
I would love to talk to the owner of this store and let them know how this woman behaves.
I’ll keep my visits to the evening when I know this woman is not working.

Ive never had a problem in a food establishment where the worker would actually snap back at me. I’ve worked in the food industry before so I was trying to be nice to all food workers because I know it can be hard at times. I’ve ordered the sandwich I liked for over 10 years and never had been told I was asking for it wrong. I understand if I was wrong in calling a sandwich something else but for the worker to sit there and snap at me for making a genuine mistake honestly shocked me. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch melt and I didn’t know melts were different from regular sandwiches and he told me I would have to put veggies on before and I was a bit confused and asked why, he said it was a melt and I said they normally make it for me like normal (adding veggies after toasting and I also said this in a very Nice and with genuine confusion in my tone, I had no malice in my voice whatsoever) and then he snapped and said “we’ll you’ll just have to talk to the manager then” I don’t want to be that person so I was just like woah I don’t want to do that I just want the sandwich I normally get and then he proceeded to explain in a massively snotty tone how I should order my sandwich. I didn’t put up a fight because I just wanted to get my food and go and I’m not usually an angry person but I was a bit shocked at the way he talked to me. Not that it matters, but he made my friends sandwich wrong, and hardly put any meat or veggies on the actual sandwich I got. I guess the small things are more noticeable when you have a bad experience but I’m sure it was an honest mistake on his part, he seemed new. If he had told me how to get my sandwich in a nice manner I would have not been mad but the attitude he gave me was quite rude. I forget the guys name but I was honestly, and incredibly disappointed in the treatment I was given. Maybe he was having a rough day but it affected me, who wants to be treated like that? No one.

The one old lady manager that dyes her hair is so mean and she has no hygiene. Not coming to this subway ever again.

We came in at the lunch rush time and there was one girl in there alone doing everything she was so sweet and fast and kept a great attitude even tho her help didnt show up
