The young ladies who work here are outstanding! They always make my non fat latte perfectly. Although I could talk all day about them I do have a complaint, I saw a shrewd older woman with glasses who I am guessing is their manager yelling at one of those poor girls she always seems to have a sour attitude… I believe one of the one of the workers called her Ashley or amber? Regardless keep up the good work ladies and hopefully your management changes Xoxo

17 minutes to get my drink! I just timed it! As I watch the person I’m charge sitting at a lobby table, while her staff suffers.
I feel like recently within the past month the service here has gotten SLOW. From what I read in a previous review there is new management and it just seems like there’s hardly enough staff here to be able to handle the daily volume of customers. It almost seems the understaffing is deliberately done. Starbucks needs to place a leader who actually understands how to run a store.The ones who are here, tend to be working as hard as they can.
I’m a daily customer and I don’t know why but lately I’ve seen the smiles fade more and more each day. It certainly has to be a morale thing. This store needs help! If this keeps up, I won’t be back

Dustin took my order and was very informative! I asked for a Nitro in a Venti and her not only told me they can’t do it in that size but he explained why. The explanation was what I appreciated the most! He also made recommendations to help assist me in my ordering, as this is not my normal drink! When I got to the window Milton took my payment and was super friendly. I asked him a question and he was very knowledgeable as well! I would say this store trains their employees well! Way to go trainers and managers! I come down to this area often; however, this is my first time stopping at this store! I will be back! If I could give it more stars I would! Thank you for top grade service Milton and Dustin!

Very disappointed. I stopped by this morning with 2 of my boys. My 25 year old and my as of today 14 year old. We ordered 3 drinks and 3 birthday cake pops. After paying for everything my 25 year old son asked if it was a birthday do you get a free birthday cake pop. My autistic 14 year old sons face lit up thinking he was going to get another birthday cake pop. The manager said no. Heartless. If a 3 dollar cake pop would break your company you could have asked me to pay for it without him knowing. Do you have any idea how much money I spend at Starbucks on a very regular basis. Coffee mugs, cups drinks etc....obviously it is way to much money. If you can't spare a birthday cake pop to any child not just my own for their birthday then I don't see any reason to ever give any Starbucks my money. I will share my review on everything I can. I will get our coffee, tea, drinks etc...anywhere but Starbucks. The next time a child or their parent asks for a birthday cake pop for that child's birthday don't be so heartless or cruel. It is 3 dollars and your franchise is a multi-million dollar company. Your prices are high enough that I believe you can afford some cake pops given to children on their special day. Remember those children will grow up one day and they will also have to decide where they take their business. Wouldn't it be amazing if they told stories to possibly their friends or their kids about going to a drink shop as a kid and getting a small birthday cake pop on their special day. Unless you do something about this (and I don't mean what happened this morning to my son) then I will choose to take my money to any other coffee shop I can find. I will also tell family, friends and business associates what happened to my son on his Birthday. I tip more than 3 dollars for goodness sake.

The Store Manager, I believe her name is Amber, was horrific to be with. You can tell she doesn’t care about her job and puts unnecessary stress on customers. So sad to see customer service have gotten so low recently. I do appreciate the baristas who have been friendly and wonderful but come on, the SM can be more passionate and act like she cares about her job.
What irritates me is her decision to understaff the people making coffee, the ones doing the actual work. Been a customer to this location for a while, and other locations of course, and they have always served their customers promptly. But yesterday? No, way too long for a wait that resulted me in being late. Having to see these young kids running around desperately trying to serve the customers was not a good sight for customers to see or those young teens to go through. She either needs to pick up the slack or resign because this is unacceptable - don’t even know how she got this position.

Ordered a small lemonade. Received a full cup of ice with lemonade. When I asked about it. "We use the same scoop for all sizes. Next time order no ice."

I ordered 2 nitro cold brew vanilla sweet cream, it wasnt cold had no vanilla sweet cream in it. and they weren't very big for being a large that we order
