Pizza Hut

While I’m a big fan of Pizza Hut, the Carthage location leaves much to be desired. Every time I order ahead and wait about 20-25 min before going they have never had our food ready, not only that, they haven’t even begun making it!!! They say pull over and we will have it out in 15 min. Every associate I’ve spoken with is apathetic and acts like they are doing you a favor by even making the food. I hesitate to be hard on any food service employee, but I spent 5+ years slinging pizzas at LC, and while I’m sure I made mistakes, I was always apologetic and I at least got it right the majority of the times. Not sure if it’s management(or lack of it) or the employees just don’t listen. But do yourself a favor, take the extra 30min you are going to have to wait anyway and take the scenic route to Lebanon, it’s a better view than the car wash next door, and you can support a location that actually cares!

My friends and I come here often and we have had 2 disappointing trips where we decided to dine in and our server Amy both times was super aggressive, had rude expressions, and seemed like she was too busy to even spend time being our server! She acts like she is busier than she actually is! Don’t you dare ask for an extra sauce or actually need a refill she may have a come apart! The food is always hot, ready , and delicious. Our service could be better as far as the waitress goes everything else is great! We want the buffet back though!!
