Have been waiting for some time to be able to fly in and eat here. Definitely worth the wait. Awesome atmosphere, friendly people, and great food! Brisket had great flavor and the sides were very good. (Baked beans had just the right blend between bbq flavor and being sweet ) Hush puppies and fried pickles were light, crispy and cooked perfectly. 10 out of 10 will return again!

So this place is off the beaten path but that doesn't mean you'll be eating alone. Wife and I enjoyed the platter. Brisket, pork, chicken, fries, hush puppies, beans and slaw. The platter doesn't disappoint we each got all the meat we wanted. The only thing left were some fries because there were so many. Then we split the Pepsi cola cake. the meal was good but the cake was freaking delicious. Worth the trip. By the way the place is at an air strip so small planes come and go which provides a nice interesting background for that awesome cake.

My girlfriend had talked this place up for the last couple of years and all week I had a craving for bbq. We live an hour away and it was worth every mile and minute. I got the pulled pork plate with the fries and string beans (veggie of the day) and a sweet tea to cleanse the palate😁. Shoutout to Diana for being amazing!

Delicious! You pull up to an older airport, and this amazing little restaurant is just waiting to welcome you! We sat outside and they had heaters outside which was heavenly because it was cold and rainy outside the day we visited. Our waitress was fantastic and on top of our party of 13. Our drinks never ran out, she made sure we had everything we needed while we were sitting there. I ordered a classic bbq sandwich, and it was incredible. Cooked to perfection, the meat was so tender. French fries were a nice and crispy side to the bbq sandwich. I ordered a banana pudding to finish off my meal and wasn't disappointed. The banana pudding was flavorful and well balanced. A wonderful experience that is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some good bbq!
