Lots of great stuff, reasonable prices. We chose to buy ahead and pick up curbside, that worked out really well. Happy with our purchases, although they can be a challenge to put together. It's like a brain teaser.😄 We bought the black table with glass top and the white metal with 3 drawers. My daughter is very happy with them.

DEAR MANAGEMENT, this place is a mess, please do something about it. I made an order online (Order number: 412154416), arrived on time to pick it up. Stood up all lines. The employee bringing my order told me that they don't have lids anymore for my 24 boxes and that I can return them (I spent 1 hour just to get here). I went back to the store find a bunch of lids, stood up all the lines again, purchaised them. I wasted 1.5 hours + 1.5 hour of driving just to pick up my order I made online, scheduled for pick up. This is just wrong.

Your standard Ikea spread over 3 floors. This location doesn't seem to have as much selection as Costa Mesa or Covina. In-store shopping isn't all that great; staff will answer your questions but only the bare minimum. Offering options and alternatives can really make a difference but that's not on their agenda apparently. This location is normally good with online purchase pickup... until today. I placed an order yesterday around noon for 10a pickup today. After nearly 3 hours waiting and being given the runaround by staff who seemed irritated i asked, I got nowhere. Really disappointed. I'll sooner drive to a different store that's much farther away if i need something in the future. 👎🏼

I have been visiting IKEA Carson since 2015. Their collection is pretty decent. Great customer service, they are polite and friendly. Even during pandemic, visits were hassle free and it was managed well by the staff. Plenty of parking available and located near some of very good food joints as well.
