Sorry but order takers sure can confuse an order. A breakfast sandwich should be easy???? I guess it's harder than we realize. Don't ask! From now on its beverages only. The price is right for sodas.

Got a couple of bacon Mcdoubles . One of my go to favorites. It was just after they started serving lunch, so I thought they would be freshly made. I wish my pickup had a microwave. Cause they were Cold !

I’m very dissatisfied, this is the second time I’ve got food poisoning from this McDonald’s. And my one year old son got it as well, is that difficult to handle the food with care and properly prepare it? I moved out of Carrollton a year ago and when I lived here previously they had messed up every other order, not to mention having food poisoning from the previously as well.

On the way home from the grocery, I thought I'd run through the drive-thru for the kids. We ordered, waited in line 10 mintes until the window, and was asked to pull around front. After 15 mins. waiting, an employee brought out the wrong order. I went in and asked for a refund.
25 plus minutes for 2 teas, some cheeseburgers, and fries seems a bit much. They happily refunded the food and allowed me to pay for the 2 teas I was given at the window.
FYI, drove through Wendy's next door and ordered same thing and was out of line with food within 10 minutes.

For a few years it's become sort of famous for getting orders wrong. ... and other things. Hopefully, it's improved with new staff added. But be sure to look at the bag and what's in it, before you leave the window.. Hopefully they fixed that problem.

Trying to stay alive with all this inflation but prices r too high.i understand giving that u can't get decent workers for 10.00 an HR when 5.00 of that is a gallon of gas to work.here these people thinking 15.00 and he should b minimum wage haha now u see why it won't work.itll just shut more doors bc across that board what they sale will also go up and get smaller to make up the difference.itvdont work..

Great place to eat very nice clean restaurant and the employees were nice and courteous food was hot fresh and Delicious..We came in off the Greyhound Bus on the 4th of July and they did an excellent job.

Took 20 minutes to get a burger that was incorrect. Would never recommend this location to anybody. A bunch of kids running the show and doing it horribly.
