There really should be a half-star rating. It was almost laughable. This location would be a great place for a fast-food restaurant when it becomes available. I really have a hard time believing that management is unaware. I assume they are ashamed and wish they had better staff. Several times while I was there I saw 7 people in the back "working" and not one person had their hands on food. I did see someone laid their cell phone on the stack of paper used to wrap sandwiches. Customer service was not on the menu today. With a line of cars around the building. The pace in the store should have been full of energy. The food was good I'm glad to say I did not end up with the wrapper that had the cell phone on it and am sad that I did not speak up in the moment. I really was almost speachless at the more than casual attitude. #DAVEMUSTBESAD

One star is about five stars too many for this poor excuse for Wendy’s. I eat at the Wendy’s near my home all the time in the food is delicious, correct, warm and the staff is friendly. At this Carrollton location, my order was rang up correctly the drinks were wrong, one of the breakfast sandwiches was wrong and when I addressed that when I went back through the drive-through the individual claiming to be the GM argued with me about them being correct. He was then irate at the window because he was wrong and the food was wrong. I will never purchase anything from the sorry excuse of a restaurant again.

I’m not sure about the peoples standards choosing high stars. I’ve lived in this town all of my life. Downhill is an understatement. After all these years. As of 2022 - Nope. No more. We will never go back to this location. Until it’s tore down, rebuilt, and hire all new managers and leaders.

Although we went through at the height of lunch, it wasn't bad. Very busy, and took a few minutes, BUT the food was hot and well made! I like this location because of that. Just like Bowdon, and many other places, staff can be limited at times, but if you're wanting it hot, then it's worth it. I love the employees. Always apologetic for long wait times, and they will goof off with you while you wait lol.

Not sure why the nasty attitude if you choose to work here. It’s not my fault you cannot process an order. So I ask for a sandwich with no Mayo or lettuce. After I get the order it was incorrect. So now I have to do a walk up and have to wait at the window since no one want to open it to hear my concerns. Then when they do she takes the sandwich and tossed it away with a nasty attitude while still having issues that I came back to the window. Pandemic rages or dead end job you call it. SMH

The people who work here seem to be incapable of comprehending the fact that "no tomato" does not mean "plain." I wouldn't be buying this almost $8 sandwich if I didn't still want the bacon and cheese and sauce. Happens 90% of the time we order from this store.

We ordered a chocolate frosty, strawberry frosty and spicy nuggets. First thing the girl in the drive-thru window didn't speak to us. I checked my frosty and was given a chocolate frosty instead of a strawberry one. We told the girl and she just looked at us. My husband handed it back to her and asked again for a strawberry frosty. No apology for getting our order wrong. Spicy nuggets were chewy. A guy handed the nuggets to my husband and AGAIN no acknowledgement from the workers. He had to asked for dipping sauce. The girl handed the strawberry frosty to my husband and for a 3rd time NO acknowledgement from the staff. Long wait in the drive-thru with extremely poor service. I would give a zero rating but had to give it a 1 to post the review.

Order was right but the way I wanted them was completely wrong, the 3 sandwiches I ordered looked like they had been thrown together with mayonnaise and ketchup dripping from it, Order 2 bacon cheddar burgers and the shredded cheese wasn't even melted with only 1 strip of bacon on them. I could've went back through drive thru to get them fixed (because the dining area was closed) but I didn't want to wait another 20 mins like I already had to get my food. When I got home and called to tell manager how unsatisfied I was with my order he hung up on me.
