Pizza Hut

I understand places are short staffed, but my order was placed at 5:30 & supposed to be delivered by 7. At 7:30 we couldn’t get anyone on the phone, so we drove there. The delivery driver was outside in his car playing on his phone, the worker was not helpful and the manager was out in the parking lot walking around. Our pizza had been sitting there because they thought it was pickup, then they tried to charge us again after we paid for delivery. . The manager had no idea how to manage being short staffed. This is the 2/2 time having a issue with this Pizza Hut.

When I got my pizza it was supposed to be curbside pick up. But we had to go inside to pick up order. When I got home I realized the lady forgot to give me my drink. We went all the way back to the store because nobody picked up the phone when I called back. The pizza was cold, the wings hardly had sauce on them, the crust was not what I ordered.
