Day or night, rain or shine, NOONE earning a living in this particular restaurant will EVER make a flipping milk shake and I am offended by having to settle for cold coffee when I would simply like at least one shamrock shake before they stop serving them again. 4 failed attempts begs me to ask why such a timeless and classic business would allow their milkshake machine to remain in a state of disrepair and accept revenue losses for 2 years while disappointing customers who consider a weekly ritual of dining from their restaurant often, an evening or afternoon of relaxing family time?

Slow and gets your order wrong all the time and have to wait for a longggg time anytime of day if you visit this McDonald's. Really needs shut down it's been going on for years. Lived her for 12 years and its always sucked to go to this McDonald's. If I could give no stars I would have. Just awful and are always out of stuff. You would think it being near the college it would be good. I can see it getting shut down just like nasty Krystals did some years ago bc it was so disappointing !

what’s the point of table markers if you aren’t going to bring the orders to the table? i’m sitting here trying to get work done on my laptop waiting for my food but they just didn’t bother to bring it out. My nuggets were practically still frozen and soft… i’ve worked in fast food so i know what’s cooked and what isn’t… and when i showed the worker she had a terrible attitude and basically told me “they’re supposed to look like that”… i was very polite too cause like i said i’ve worked fast food so i know the struggle of annoying customers but it is not hard to be nice especially when someone is nice to you. they weren’t even busy either! if you’re gonna be located right next to a college campus i think the service should be just a tad better. just sayin.

Yesterday I dropped by for a deluxe chicken sandwich. I got a quarter-pounder with cheese. This morning I stopped before work. There are two drive-thru lanes. Three people were served in the drive-thru lane opposite where I was sitting. When I heard a fourth order being taken in the opposite drive-thru, I pulled forward. The girl at the window said she couldn't take my order at the pick-up window and that I'd need to go through the non-existent service in the drive-thru again. I asked her to have someone come to the window to take my order. She refused. I told her I would stop traffic until I was served. She went back to the other person to complain, and I drove away. If have to wait 20 minutes for fast food, it's not fast food. If I'm not waited on in the drive-thru or the window, the service is deplorable. I wish I had the ability to shut this place down: Poor service doesn't deserve to continue to operate. I won't be back.

They are so friendly and nice! Usually the coffee I get os scalding hot, so I ask for extra cream. When I got the coffee, it was actually just room temperature, I explained the issue was on my part for asking for extra cream, and asked if I could get another, hotter coffee. The service was fast and our order was filled exactly as placed. The floors and some of the tables were a little dirty and the staff was not particularly friendly. Overall the experience was a little above average for the McDonald's that we've visited in the past. It should be noted that there is not a playground at this McDonald's but there is ample outdoor seating for nice weather days.
