Arby's

They forgot to put fish on my fish sandwich. I was going to the hospital to see my mom. I took a pic and then went back after my visit, with the bread and receipt. The girl at the window didn't want to give me the $3 back because it had been a few hours. I explained and she still just looked at me. I did get the money but she didn't have to be difficult, especially after I didn't get to eat.

Didn't get our French dip sandwich, or sauce or the BBQ sauce for the nuggets for my son. Whole order messed up. The RB classic was very dry and the buns were soggy. We ordered large fries and it was half full. Tried calling this store for the past 30 min with no answer. So I am posting here. We would like our order replaced thanks.

The service at drive thru is terrible ! DONT GO TO THIS ARBYS! The owners at this lication are too cheap to hire competent help that can take orders and promptly serve in a reasonable amount of time. When are you going to open the inside restaurant like everyone else ? Are you as Owner - Manager too lazy or too cheap ? We were next in line and waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get served! WE PULLED AROUND THAT CAR AND LEFT ! RIDICULOUS! If we could leave a 0 or negative star review we would! We will not come back to this Arby's! The Owner & Managers are giving Arby's a bad reputation and should forfeit their franchise !
