Great team, super busy Saturday night, and they got almost everything right. The ONE mistake was the two missing honey butter sauces we paid for. In their defense, it's a mistake at EVERY Whataburger we've been to in the last few months and we know it's associated with the location of the honey butter relative to the drive-thru (they're on opposite sides), but that seems to be something the Whataburger bigwigs should have sorted out for all the locations by now. Had we not been cutting it close to a flight departure across town, we likely would have gone in to get the sauce, but my granddaughter had to just deal with the disappointment again.

The cook here doesn’t know how to cook bacon like at other Whataburger. Bacon at Whataburger is typically softer.
This cook BURNS it every single time I come here. Burnt bacon is disgusting.
Not only that, the bacon is crumpled and not strips. Never have I had this experience with Whataburger.
How has this not been addressed yet?

Drive through is always soooo slow. Slower in the mornings, if you are planning to get food before work, choose elsewhere. Tried to go inside, doors where locked. I was there around 7:15 so maybe it doesn’t open until 8. But

Went through the drive-thru and got my perfectly MADE TO ORDER burger 🍔 fries 🍟 and drink 🥤 and they were super fast and accurate 👍🏾💖👍🏾

I love Whataburger! And don't care for soybean in my hamburger meat!
I like Whataburger so much I got a job there once just to get the discount. By the time I got tired of working there I was assistant manager I started out as a cashier! Got to love Whataburger!

If you don't have time to spare then this is not the place for you, remember that Whataburger's food is made to order and that's what I love about this place. Plus their Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich is my favorite.

Um morning servers one great server named Maria, and everyone else wouldn’t even let us order!!! Saying “ bro I do this all day what do you want” and we respond with I wannnn. ( interruption) “ bro are you gonna order yet”

The drive thru is really slow , I have been there a few times and it always takes more than 10 to get me out, besides from that the staff is friendly and serviceable.
