I order breakfast but not fully read whole menu about my food. So my came with hashbrow and waiter hint to choose my side order of Hasbrows. I didnt that my order come with hashbrown, why would i want double of the same??
So, i asked the waiter to switch the side order for pankages which it was another of tge choices. And, she said No. too bad you suposed to read the whole description of the menu.
So, she refused to replaced the side dish.
Was this my fault? Yes, Maybe? Does not matter here... Todays business is about service and making right!!!

When in town, a visit to the Carpinteria IHOP is a must, and Lisette is always requested for my server. She is very attentive and caring for her customers. Lisette is a Carpinteria native, and has been with this IHOP for thirteen years.

The Good:Super friendly service! Food delivered fast and hot. I felt very welcome.
The Bad: A group of homeless folks camped out front might scare some folks away. It shouldn't!!!
The Ugly: No ugly here! This is probably the best IHOP experience I have ever had.

We did a quick breakfast stop before getting to our destination. The location was nice and clean. Food came out quick and hot. Our host was concerned with our party not all being present at the same time but he sat us before the rest of our party showed. Thanks for making an exception. Great coffee and service.
