Store closed 15 min early and guy in there with door locked said they closed cuz they were understaffed but nobody was in the building let alone parking lot so I don’t see why the guy couldn’t have stayed open until 10 like their website, and hours on the door clearly state. Pretty disappointing and will most likely be headed to another parlor from now on 🤙🏽🤘🏽

Do not order a cake from here. I couldn't believe the drastic difference in what was ordered and what I received. It is not even comparable at any level. Nobody offered to compensate for the clearly different cake. The guy working just said "yea sometimes they are different because we don't have all the materials in the store". Different?! Dude this isn't the cake I ordered AT ALL. I even paid extra for the figures and never got them as they just did a junky print off of moana. It was incredible honestly. Will never order from here again.

So i can see how other people like this place the ice cream is very good but there is one staff member i would like to point out i think his name was erin or eric and he was talking about how bad my social skills are and that i have never ordered a banana split because thats what i got and he wasent very nice to me and i have trouble hearing people with the mask so he made me feel stupid just because i couldent hear him i also struggle from ordering or like talking to people and he said i have bad social skills i am 11 years old and i dint feel very happy with him.

Oh! This was awesome! These people interpret what you ask for and then give you what they feel you really want! Amazing. I asked two flavors, and instead of those two, I got related but completely different flavors, which I didn’t enjoy, but appreciated the experience! Way to go. (I’m only being slightly ironic.)

I've always loved Baskin Robbins icecream. Today I had my usual one scoop Jamoca Almond Fudge. It was only $2.89 but the scoop was very small. Last week I had same flavor at Marianne's Icecream in Aptos and it was pretty much $5 for one scoop but you get twice as much icecream! So what's it gonna be??
