Starbucks

Being a Starbucks in the mall and right outside the bus terminal you would think that they would know that at 9 a.m. people are on the move trying to get places like catch a bus. That being said I have to tell you I was absolutely disappointed in the service time also the time to come to the register with someone standing there. Now I realize when you only see one or two you don't think it's urgent but five minutes later the line was out the door. Then getting my coffee was a draw out project. Other than that, it was just an average day at an average coffee shop nothing more nothing less. Hands down I'll get my coffee else where. 20 min to get out the door.

The coffee is always perfect. This is not just the kind of place you go for just the coffee. You go for the music, the environment, the atmosphere, and especially the people that serve you. They are the kind of people that brighten up your day and fill your face with a smile just by saying your name as you walk in the door. This is my favorite Starbucks for that and more, and you'll feel it as soon as you walk in. I'm sure many can agree.

The service here was great. The environment was cool until I discovered my purse being stolen while I went to use the restroom (yes I know. What a dumb decision to leave my stuff). But I asked the people that was sitting around me they said they hadn't seen anyone nearby my work area. I asked the Starbucks employees and the manager had told me they have cameras but it does not record. Which does not make any sense because why have cameras when it's not in record mode? Why? What's the point then? I'm very upset at two things, yes my fault for leaving my stuff unattended, for star bucks not having a camera that actually record. Well, I wouldn't know what would they be able to do even if they do have cameras that records...I just hate how people can still be so cruel and steal other people's stuff. We work hard for what we have just to let some low life ass take it from us! Hope karma hits them bad!!!
