Some of the workers that work here is very rude they need communication skills. The manager refuse to give me my order because I didn’t have my payment ready after I got my money he closed the window in my face and waved bye that’s really good customer service. I will be reporting this store to corporate also.

Hours listed on google for this location says they open at 4am. I arrived at 5:02am. I was told at the drive thru speaker they would open in another 30 minutes. Their google business page says the hours were updated 4 weeks ago, so there is no excuse. Please don’t say this was a unique circumstance because it has happened more than once. Same issue with lobby hours. They just make up random hours for the lobby whenever they get ready. Crazy

You pay at the 1st window with your credit card or debit card They don't give you no receipt. They screw your order up. Missed my fries on a Mcdouble bundle. No big deal. You come back around to tell the guy in the 1st window and he says where is your receipt? I said I don't have one and then he says they're supposed to give it to you when you pick up your food.. OK OK. I didn't get 1. I'm missing a small fry out of a mcdouble bundle. 2 guys at the window are very challenging to me and questioning me to wheres my receipt. I show my debit card receipt. $8.62 Mcdouble bundle-no cheese (comes with fries) 6 piece nuggets No sauce Lg diet coke. Food was hot and drive thru was fast! Missed my fries...... Have a manager work on attitudes and receipts please.
