Starbucks

This was my first time going to Starbucks, and the service was great. I got a small caramel latte with a ham and Swiss croissant, and it was ok. The latte was kinda strong and semi sweet, the croissant smelled better than it tasted in my opinion. I probably will not go to any Starbucks again but the service was good.

This was my 2nd time ordering thru Uber Eats. My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. When the food arrived the bag was opened and not taped, the sandwich was hard as a BRICK!!!!!!!!!!! The coffee had no plug!!!! Who knows whether this food could have been tampered with. Needless to say this was the second time service was awful!! Since the pandemic a lot of food establishments service and quality have seriously fallen through the cracks but prices remain high!! To make matters worse, tried calling many times and someone kept hanging up the phone. No more coffee or anything from the Starbucks on torrence in Lansing, IL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their service and drinks are awesome. I just wish they had a better location. The drive-thru is very small and always crowded - you take the risk of getting your car hit because it hangs off a main road. I would go there more, but that definitely discourages me. Plus, it's not a lot of parking spaces. So picking up is difficult, too. Other than that, I would recommend.

Kudos to the great team working at this location! Even though they were super busy and had a very long and seemingly non-stop line in the drive-thru, everyone worked together in an efficient and professional manner and got the job done. When I asked for my grilled cheese sandwich to be double toasted, I got it with courtesy and a smile. I really appreciate this because it seems like lately, good customer service and courtesy seem to be rarities.

This Starbucks is very complete for me!!👍🏼 Great customer service for drive thru and actually I notice that most Starbucks have great people working the drive thru. My drink is always on point and I am not one of those (not that anything is wrong with it😄 people like what they like) that need an extra shot of this or that, surprisingly I just order my drink and it is always right and to my liking. Oh the only thing about this Starbucks is the location. It's in a very small strip mall and the drive thru line can and will be out in the street of a very busy street very close to the bigger mall. The Starbucks is on the side of the street leaving the mall and it looks like a lot of traffic, yet it's only Starbucks customer going through drive thru.😂After being in that lane by mistake, you don't make that mistake anymore. It would be really nice for a bigger space to become available with the same employees and the warmth they bring. Kudos to this Starbucks 👍🏼.
