I don't usually write bad reviews, but man! This place was disgusting! Walked into a dump! rubbish all over the tables, floors, bins packed to the brim. Honestly without a doubt the most gross Macca's I've ever been to. So many employees in line ordering food before the actual customers. Seems like the manager doesn't really care.

This store is wonderfully built I do have some concerns off the employees that work here it looks like my burger was stood on then I took it back and staff laughed at me when I was giving the food back and which I asked it to be remade and it looked exactly the same shown in the photo below. I can’t believe that staff laughed at me for there terrible service. They took around 10 minutes to replace the order which they just heated it up the same thing.

Waited more than 20 minutes for six ice creams. We finally got them and they were half full and sloppy. We left, got to the car and the whole family complained, so we took them back. We had been gone for two minutes and the guy asked how long we have had them for... He'd seen us standing there for twenty minutes and had literally just given them to us. We watched the staff the hole time, the work culture is so bad in there. The manager just potter's, the coffee chick was putting her hands all over the coffee cups and super slow, staff standing around everywhere, we didn't know who was working and who wasn't because the staff working were so slow and standing around. Heaps of people complained while we were in there and then were still forced to wait, even longer than us, I felt sorry for them. It wasn't busy at all. We feel ripped off and the whole ordeal took so long after we had to replace the ice creams. We never ended up getting what we ordered. This McDonald's is the worst.

I ordered a drink and banana bread, waited 40 minutes and they only had my drink ready. 10 minutes after they said they didn’t have banana bread in stock and offered a replacement. I said yes and waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me they were out of the replacement and so I asked for a refund. The refund amount given to me was worth less than what I paid for the food and by the time this all finished my drink went bad. I don’t blame the workers as I understand floods can’t be helped, but the other service I received was shocking. The management is terrible

Probably the worst Mecca's on the Sunshine Coast. No point going inside to get your food as there is ALWAYS a 15 minute + wait and the food always looked as though it's been dropped and kicked then put in the bag. Drive thru not much better but is quicker. Very rarely a happy staff member in there and certainly no smiles!

Absolutely disgraceful. Waited in line for over an hour to get a couple cheeseburger meals absolutely worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Terrible service, management and just an overall terrible experience. When they handed out food, they’re was no fries and he just looked at us and said what. Absolutely disgusting for what is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, more like a turtle pace. Learn how to manage. Thanks.

Abysmal service at 9:50am on 20/3/22. Ordered double bacon egg + sauce. Waited 20 minutes dining in for order. Wife’s burger was cold and mine was a single bacon egg without sauce. Took up and asked for remake. Came back 5 minutes later incorrect again. Took back again and waited another 10 minutes. Wife went up to check on my burger, because my rage was palpable at this point. Girl on front counter hadn’t even bothered to remake it again. You need to fire your manager for this day and the cooks in the kitchen. Would rather tattoo my eyeballs than coke back here again.
