Absolutely horrible slow service, and all our table got was “sorry it’s busy as you can see” then I proceeded to point out that two tables behind us got their meals well before us when we ordered first. What about some good old fashioned customer service won’t go astray here by offering a free meal or even just a free coffee, to make up for your slow service! I understand staff are very hard to hire and retain at this time, however if this is the service that you’re portraying to your customers I can’t even imagine the conditions that you’re makeing your employees work under! DO NO RECOMMENDATION

Not great for breakfast. They were busy. Waited 35 minutes for poached eggs and chipolata on "any bread not white" (my specific request). My partner was half way through his big breakfast before my food arrived. When it did, the eggs were fried, the toast was white and the chipolata (small Italian sausage to my understanding) was a pork snag. I couldn't eat it. $60 with 2 drinks. Very disappointing. Had my partner waited to eat with me, his would have been cold and gluggy. 🤑

Ordered my meal and a pot of tea alongside of my partner at the same time. My partners meal came out 30 minutes before my meal. Other people that were seated and ordered after us received their meal before mine. My order wasn’t hard either, Bacon, Eggs, Sausages and toast… When the meal finally arrived, all the lady could say is “We’re busy” and walked away. Another couple sitting at the table next to us also stated that there meals was also taking a long time and were offered a free drink…… Very slow service, slow meal times and staff that couldn’t care less about what was going on. Only plus side was that the meal was actually decent when it finally arrived…….

3 stars is a generous review for this place. I got a ham and cheese croissant and a chocolate milkshake, my mother got a roast veggie salad. The milkshake was sub-par, we could've make a better one at home. I had to send the ham & cheese back twice, the first time it was tiny and burnt on both sides, the second time, when they brought me a new one, it was undercooked, the (grated for some reason) cheese wasn't melted and the croissant was barely toasted. Finally the last time they did okay, though the ham only went through half the croissant lengthways. As far as the roast veggies go, it was also subpar in regards to taste, and my mother ran into several cold pieces of veggie when it was supposed to be heated up. Overall for what was supposed to be an enjoyable experience it turned out to be rather disappointing and somewhat stressful.
