The line was long. But not only did my coffee not taste how it’s supposed to it was very watery and all I could taste is espresso, nothing else. I ordered a brown sugar oat-milk espresso, I am from out of town and Houston’s Starbucks would NEVER serve me a water down non tasty drink.

Saw them drop a sandwich on the counter, pick it up and stick it into the oven anyway. Got an eyeroll for saying I wasn't ready to order yet while there was no one behind me in store. They have trash just sitting where they prep food.

There’s a fly in my drink! I’m disgusted! I ordered the iced chocolate almond espresso so it was dark and now that I’ve practically finished it and the ice has melted I saw it!

Visited 7-18-21 on a BUSY Sunday afternoon. The drive through line went to the frontage road and hindered traffic getting in and out. It was quicker to park and walk in to get a drink. Inside seating area was open and tables spaced out. Our orders were processed correctly and the barista was friendly. Bathroom needed attention but wasn’t disgusting. Parking was ample. Easy access to I-35 north.

They served me a cup that wasn’t even remotely close to full. I wish I actually gotten what I waited in line and paid for, but I just won’t be back.

I ordered a hot drink. It came out the drive-thru window a little colder than room temp. I would get mad but they don't let me say the right words to describe the experience.

This is the best Starbucks location! They have the best customer service- friendly, and fast, and you actually get what you order! I love that when I say super light sweet cream, that’s what I get (I like my coffee on the brown side).

Extremely slow service.. drive thru line barely moves.. Didn't have ingredients to make violet drink. I was standing in line for 30 mins just to not get what I wanted. Is it really that hard to store enough fruit to fulfill the demand? Especially since all the fruit is frozen anyway.. don't exactly understand the difficulty.. I got the dragon drink instead, it was tasty
