Dunkin'

This isn’t the first time they have given me my food burnt. I usually have no problem with the drinks but I went the other day my drink was mostly milk I couldn’t taste any coffee even the color of the drink had no brown color to it. it was a off white color I was confused the moment she handed me the drink wish I took a picture of it. the people working there are always really nice but slow. I’ll only get drinks and donuts from them now

First impressions were seating area was clean, and neat. Than we waited three minutes before somebody walked up to the cash register. Their menu was on but they did not have any choices. It was just a blank screen. I ordered a large black iced coffee. It was by far the worst coffee I have ever had and I ended up throwing it away in the trash can before I walked out of the establishment. My wife got a med vanilla iced coffee with cream and she loved it.

Not sure where the 4 star average is coming from, but here's my REAL experience. If I could give a zero star, I would. Thursday evening 4/28/2022 at 7:38pm we pull up to the drive-through, got greeted and ordered 25 count Munchkins. Female employee said, "we don't have any." So I told my husband, "didn't I tell you they would say that?" Employee said, "it was a very bad day." I told her, "than this isn't Duncan Donuts." She said, "you can go somewhere else because we don't have donuts either. " I've worked in customer service as a manager most of my life and would NEVER train or allow my employees to treat customers this way, especially that it reflects on the business because you're representing it. Good customer service nowadays is nonexistent especially in Buckeye, AZ. I give this store and the wannabe shift manager including the Restaurant General Manager a F - (minus) for no product and no customer satisfaction. P.S. we did and will continue to go to the other donut & coffee shop across the street... we Got treated 100% better with 100% customer care.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I seriously wonder what the employees are doing in there. The first time I went here was in December, when I was visiting my parents in the area and wanted Dunkin coffee. Although there was no other customer in line, the employees were painfully slow to take my order, which was literally just a cup of coffee with cream. I had to wait 10 min for them to POUR MY COFFEE and then only when I was getting so annoyed I said something. The second time was this morning, when I was visiting my parents again and thought I’d give it another try. This time I went through the drive thru around noon. I asked for 6 bagels (to go to eat later) and the girl was so confused about what I was asking for I gave up. I then asked for half a dozen donuts and asked if I could tell her which ones I wanted. She ignored me and just told me my total. When I got to the window, I was handed a box of donuts which were disgusting and horribly stale, like they were 2 days old. Never again will I go here!!!

I give this location no stars. I was beyond mad today 3/27/22 @ around 9 am. When I went into the store to get my husband and I a couple large iced coffees. First problem is the one they show advertised on the board above the register signature salter Carmel iced latte is now all of a sudden not being served. Why still have it advertised then. Disappointment #1. Okay so I let that go and decided to get one each of the other two types of signature iced lattes they offered. The kid (clueless) rings me up. I go to hand him my money (a $50 bill) and he looks at me like I have the plague. Says he can’t take a 50. I said why not and why is it not posted here at the register that you don’t accept those kids of bills. No sign anywhere in the store. Not on the door or the register. He proceeded to get angry and throw my money down on the counter. He said to me, “last time I took a 50 I got in trouble”. Okay cool can you get your manager then. So here comes the manager (a young girl” with an attitude and says “what’s the problem here? So I told her and she says ya we can’t take it. I said then why don’t you have a sign that says so. This way I wouldn’t have stood in line and ordered. She told me there is one in the drive thru. First of all I’m not in the dam drive thru and I didn’t bring any other form of payment. What a major disappointment to my morning. Shame on you people for treating customers this way. Get some signs!!! Do something!!!

Literally the worst Dunkin. They’re always horribly slow regardless of whether they have 2 workers or 8. Today we came through the drive through and had to repeat the order literally 4 times. It was just 2 drinks. I had her repeat it one more time after adding a donut and the drink was still wrong. Clarified it again and pulled up. She proceeds to hand me the drink that she kept repeating at the speaker that was wrong…so again I told her it wasn’t right. It took repeating it 2 more times to get her to understand. She really wanted to put caramel in it even though I never mentioned caramel….
