1000 Degrees

No greetings, no introduction on pizza, really thick pizza and 10" pizza looks like 8". toppings are not even distributed properly. i had to ask them to spread evenly. pizza was little under cooked. salad bar was dirty. no manager on duty and employees are not properly trained. one of the employee was refilling pizza sauce directly from the can to salad bar. the other employee was on cell phone. no wonder why the place was empty at 7 pm.

1000 Degrees Pizza is located across from the Bridgewater Shopping Mall. They have a chipotle-style ordering bar where you can pick toppings if you'd like or you can order off the menu. There is ample seating and a warm atmosphere. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the pizza is cooked to perfection in a quality oven. The only problem that I experienced with this establishment was the pitiful competency of the chef crafting the pizzas. This pizzeria has all the ingredients of success, yet the assembly was the fatal flaw. Perhaps it was just the time that we were there, or maybe the staff member was new, who knows? I can assure you that a tomato pie does NOT look like what I was served. Just putting four blobs of sauce on cheesy bread does not make a tomato pie. How foolish I was to think they could pull off a classic pie. The pizza even tasted halfway decent despite the shoddy construction. The sauce was good enough (though not enough was used for the plain pie in my personal opinion) and the cheese was fresh and tasted excellent. The crust was somewhat plain, but good enough for a "chain" pizzeria. Overall, the pie wasn't bad...though if it were crafted with more care, it could have been a serious contender. I have half a mind to return and hope that the next time I get a competent cook.

Well this would be a blow out place if it was anywhere but NYC metro. I don't know if they realize we have real brick-oven pizza at multiple "hole in the wall" Pizza shops. Well the food was ok it still taste like manufactured pizza... I would go to a real brick-oven pizza joint! Where they don't take away the authentic Italian taste! I don't mind this place - but there are so many brick-oven pizza joints that I would recommend over them!

I’m vegan and got the Neapolitan 10” crust with the red marinara sauce and all the veggies/fruit except for the roasted tomatoes and pineapple. Loved, loved, loved my pizza!! It was fresh and delicious and absolutely filling. The pizza crust had a sweeter flavor which I just loved. Very reasonably priced especially with the Sunday Funday promotion. Vegan cheese would be awesome, but not sure if enough vegans know this place exists. Pizza scored 5/5 without it anyways. Customer service was good. Store was clean. Music was great. I will be going back often; it’s a new staple for me— that’s for sure!
