The girl that was supposed to bring the food took ages to bring it. Of course the food was already cold. She just threw the food without even looking at us or say a word.

Better experience than 2017 or 2018, yet there is room for improvement. They are trying in the face of steep competition from Max and Burg King, you can feel that. However, the place remains very unclean not only because there is shortage of employees but also because people now-a-days are lacking sense of proportion of any degree.

We came here due to a Pokémon campaign which they were running, the kids were super excited. Once we got the food there was no Pokémon toy and our kids were very said and disappointed as they had been looking forward to this. No words from the staff and no signs informing the customers, very bad experience. The restaurant was also very dirty and the food was dry.

24 hours open, I’d say the best part. Especially when living in a place like sweden where is not much weekdays nightlife. Perfect for those late night cravings for burgers.
