Dunkin'

This is not the place you want to get your coffee if you are in a hurry. Got to the order point finally after a slow moving line. Was there about 2 minutes and nobody said anything or asked to take my order. I then yelled out..."is there anyone there!" Before a lady calmly said I will be back with you. After another 2 minutes she took my order...I moved about one car space and was then stuck for another 5 min. I got impatient and left and instead parked and walked inside. I saw staff doing nothing just chatting...that is unacceptable.

Worst location, I live down the street and tonight is the second time I go there 20 mins before closing @ 8:40 and they’re closed early!! I called to ask why, she said that they close early to close machines and register. Which obviously should happen after 9 when they’re supposed to close!!! And when I said that to her, she said it depends on who is closing! FYI when I went to the drive thru at 840, no one answered so I pulled up to the window and all the lights/machines were already closed and the girl was sitting with someone else on one of the seats and kept peaking to see who’s at the window. Never came up to me, nothing!

So....this is how my muffin was when I took it out of the bag. Either someone got hungry and took a bite or it fell off, but you DON'T put a muffin like this in the bag Dunkin' Donuts! Yes, I did check the bottom of the bag to see if it fell off in the bag. Do I eat it or be grossed out that someone might have taken a bite of it? Either way, DON'T put a muffin like this in the bag to begin with Dunkin Donuts!!

Clean place and okay service, but sadly no dine-in available like it is at most other restaurants locally. Staff refused to pour the drink into my thermos and used a disposable cup instead. Chai latté was lukewarm and half froth, so that could be improved. Also, the avocado toast tasted good but looked pretty sad. They also forgot to add everything seasoning. So it just looks like green slime on bread.

7:35 pm, the store doesn’t close till 8pm. Yet they have the doors locked, drive thru has nobody with a head set so sitting at the ordering sign nobody says anything, then we just drive up to the window and someone pops out and says we can order but no frozen drinks because they have already disassembled things to clean. Shouldn’t be open till 8 if the store is going to play closed 30 minutes early.
